My loft has 12 foot ceilings and one wall is 8 feet of windows.  There’s nothing more beautiful or calming than watching the snowfall in winter.  It soothes my soul!

Ever get a sprain and someone says to RICE it?  Rest. Ice. Compress. Elevate. Get a burn or any type of swelling?  Put some ICE on it.

Isn’t it funny how the cold of ice can calm inflammation just like watching a snowfall can calm the mind?

Ever notice how any type of wound on a child heals much faster than adults?  Children’s bodies are like tiny little stem cell regenerating machines. So adding stem cells to any area of the skin in need of aid will give it a boost.
