Meet Barry Eichner, the skincare industry’s very own Swiss Army knife—versatile, sharp, and always ready to save the day. Since 2011, Barry has been the go-to guru for medical + spa skincare brands seeking to elevate their game. As the Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer of Lipgloss + Aftershave, he doesn’t just keep his finger on the pulse of the industry; his insight helps the L+A Community stay ahead of the curve.

Barry’s journey began in retail sales and operations, but he soon found his true calling in the world of medical + spa skincare. He climbed the ranks to become Vice President of a chain of four medispas, mastering the art of making people look and feel fabulous. In 2011, he took a leap of faith, launching a digital media marketing consulting firm that flourished faster than the effects of a CO2 laser treatment.

Barry is the Co-Founder of Lipgloss + Aftershave, a website and mobile app offering product and device reviews as well as dynamic skincare and wellness education. Barry is the Chief Content Officer for L+A.

He began his career as on operations manager in the retail industry. However, his wellness career began in 1999 in wholesale skincare wholesale sales and then over a decade in the industry he became the Vice President of a chain of 4 wellness / medical spas.
