Your skin’s pH balance is impacted by what you put on it and you put into your body. Yes! Foods can be acidic or alkaline in nature. Too much of something and your skin can be thrown out of whack! It’s the same with skin care products. Finding pH balanced skin care products will keep the acid mantle at its ideal 5.2 – 5.7 range.
What Foods Cause Acne?
