Las Vegas was once again ablaze with energy, innovation, and industry brilliance during the 2025 International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference (IECSC). And once again, Lipgloss + Aftershave (L+A) was front and center to capture it all! For the fifth consecutive year, Barry + Jenni proudly served as the Official Social Media Correspondents, documenting the show through engaging daily Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes Stories, and recap content that brought the event to life for our global audience of skincare professionals.

IECSC Las Vegas isn’t just another tradeshow—it’s a living, breathing pulse of the esthetics world. With brands, devices, launches, and educational sessions, this year’s event proved why it remains one of the most influential gatherings in the spa and medical aesthetics industries.

From early morning classroom sessions to late-night cocktail mixers, brand activations, celebrity estheticians, and non-stop device demos, we were there to catch every unforgettable moment. Our mission? Showcase the heart, hustle, and high-tech innovation that define this amazing industry.

Meeting Tan France

IECSC Keynote Speaker Tan France impressed the crowd! He spoke on how to grow your beauty business and delivered inspiring insights with his signature charm. The audience was fully engaged, and the Q+A session brought out fantastic questions from beauty professionals eager to learn. 

We were beyond thrilled to have a chance to chat with Tan after he spoke—such a great guy!

New Clinical Depth: Dr. Briglia’s First IECSC Las Vegas

A major highlight of this year’s show was the debut of Dr. Krystal Briglia, L+A’s Medical + Wellness Contributor, at IECSC Las Vegas. With her medical background and functional wellness expert, Dr. Briglia brought a layer of clinical depth to our coverage that elevated every demo, every conversation, and every brand experience.

Dr. Briglia dove headfirst into live trainings, advanced device education, and scientific product launches. From med spa-focused technologies to holistic skincare lines, she evaluated how each innovation could be integrated into comprehensive client care. Her hands-on involvement with so many of our featured exhibitors brought new insights and greater context to L+A’s clinical storytelling.

L+A Mix + Mingle

We were thrilled to host the Mix + Mingle. Loved connecting with estheticians and spending time talking with them about their education and how they’re navigating the world of professional skincare.

L+A Brands Sweep ASCP Awards

We had a blast at the ASCP Awards watching Celluma, Lira Clinical, Face Reality, Hale & Hush, and Elleebana dominate the top awards.

Face Reality Acne Experts Event

L+A was honored to attend the Face Reality Acne Experts Event at The Paris. We had a blast meeting their new VP of Sales, Roger Vernon, and connecting with their newest Acne Expert of the Year, Dana D’Amico.

Team Awesome Dinner with Hale & Hush

L+A was invited to join Kris Campbell and her “Team Awesome” for their closing night celebration dinner! Nothing like “Tacos + Beer” to breathe life back into everyone after a long 3-day trade show.

Hundreds of classes were available to professionals at this show. It’s a hallmark of IECSC—but we had to shout out a few highlights.

L+A Taught Social Media + Business Strategy

L+A taught a class on the power and influence of social media on business revenue. The class was sold out, and the attendees were amazing—super engaged, excited to learn, and ready to implement strategies to grow their brands and boost business success. We started with an icebreaker to mix and mingle as the attendees came into the classroom!

Jillian Wright Taught The Resilient Practitioner: A Mind-Body-Spirit Approach to Burnout

Jillian Wright, L+A Editorial Contributor and Sponsor, offered a class designed to help beauty, spa, and wellness pros prioritize their well-being and build resilience against the unique challenges of our profession.

By exploring burnout from a holistic perspective, attendees learned practical strategies to maintain physical, emotional, and spiritual health while sustaining their passion for helping others.

Sherrie Tennessee Held 4 Classes

L+A Contributor Sherrie Tennessee spoke on four different topics throughout the show. She has a wealth of knowledge, and we love that she’s helping to lead the way with dynamic, practical education that uplifts the industry.

L+A Trendsetter Teaches at IECSC

We were so proud to see L+A Trendsetter Lyndsey Brantley on stage—blazing a trail for other professionals by sharing her trend-setting skills and experience. It’s always inspiring to see leaders from our community shine in the spotlight.

This year, the show floor was brimming with energy—and these L+A brand sponsors brought their A-game. Whether it was stunning booth design, groundbreaking new launches, or thoughtful education, the following exhibitors truly stood out.

BioSkin Aesthetics

Barry modeled while Dr. Briglia trained with Michael Razzano on BioSkin’s cutting-edge microneedling device paired with BioRePeelCl3. The live treatment showed how microneedling plus BioRePeel’s exfoliating technology work synergistically for skin rejuvenation. Attendees flocked to this booth, snapping photos, asking questions, and absorbing advanced technique tips.

Silhouet-Tone 

The team spent time reviewing their Vortex microdermabrasion device with Dr Briglia, explaining how this device fits perfectly into a medical spa practice.

Canfield

Their VISIA imaging system, and their NEXA-LT platform, continue to revolutionize consultations and treatment planning. Dr. Briglia and Jenni tested the integrated tools and explored how this combination elevates before-and-after photography, offering advanced skin analysis that enhances trust, compliance, and treatment efficacy in both clinical and spa environments.

Celluma

Dr. Briglia enjoyed an LED Light Therapy session under the redesigned Celluma PRO, and the verdict? Relaxing, effective, and sleek. The new look pairs aesthetic beauty with the same trusted LED tech known for addressing acne, aging, hair restoration, body contouring, and pain.

Jenni spent time with Brian Gable, CMO, to learn about the newly launched Celluma Contour PRO, a 5-mode modular system that includes a small panel optimized for the head. 

DermaJEM

Collaboration was the theme here. DermaJEM partnered with TalaDerma, Pro Plasma Esthetic, and lilac + flint to bring high-impact energy to the event. These strategic collaborations helped skincare professionals see firsthand how devices can pair with different product lines to enhance treatment customization and deliver superior results.

Nelly De Vuyst

With ECOCERT-certified sustainability, Nelly De Vuyst’s BioTense Collection is a top-tier option for eco-conscious clinics. Their treatment demos merged luxury and green science, proving that efficacy and ethics can coexist beautifully.

DMK

Always iconic, DMK’s six treatment tables were constantly buzzing. Their Enzyme Therapy had new and veteran pros raving. The brand’s commitment to education and skin revision continues to set the gold standard.

Elleebana

Jenni got a Lash and Brow Lift + Tint—and both were flawless. The global lash leader’s booth emphasized artistry, education, and product precision. Dr. Briglia connected with their training team to discuss lash care as a valuable add-on for med spas.

Face Reality

Barry is so honored with an invite to speak at their Inaugural Acne Summit in Austin. Meanwhile, Stephanie treated him to a custom exfoliation demo right on the show floor. The Face Reality booth buzzed with purpose and passion—acne warriors, unite! L+A was also lucky enough to attend their Acne Experts Party at The Paris, where Barry + Jenni got to meet Dana D’Amico – the 2025 Acne Expert of the Year. We’re obsessed with Face Reality’s parties—they’re always a great vibe with signature cocktails, delicious food, and so much laughter with their amazing team!

FACTORFIVE

New launch alert! Barry tested EXOFECTA, an exosome-powered post-treatment serum. Tiffany Underwood broke down how the formula accelerates healing and glow. This one had microneedling fans taking notes. We loved getting the chance to spend some one-on-one time with Tiffany to learn more about the science and application of EXOFECTA. Jenni and Dr. Briglia were able to get all of their questions answered—we absolutely love the opportunity to learn from passionate professionals!

Hale & Hush

We celebrated 10 years of this sensitive-skin favorite with Hale & Hush founder Kris Campbell, as well as Amanda Mazur, the 2025 Hushie of the Year, and Stefany Henderson, Hale & Hush’s June Featured Skincare Professional. Hale & Hush continues to lead the way in formulations designed specifically for sensitive and compromised skin. We always love hanging with the Hale & Hush team and had a blast joining them at their annual “Team Awesome Dinner” on the final night of the show! We feel like part of the family. It was a joy to connect with their team, hear their story, and see how much their community loves and trusts the brand after a decade of dedicated innovation.

Lira Clinical

Hands down—literally—their Hand Treatment Protocol was a hit. With a scrub, acid peel, and a deeply hydrating balm, Barry’s hands were smooth for days. Lira launched this treatment on June 23rd at IECSC Las Vegas as part of their all-new HEALTH Restorative Hand Treatment. Jenni, Dr. Briglia, and I loved doing this treatment at the Lira Clinical booth. “The back of my hands were as smooth as velvet for the rest of the day! LOVE!” — Barry Eichner. The launch exemplified Lira’s commitment to blending luxury and science.

NeurotriS

Always delivering science-backed lift, NeurotriS wowed us again. Dr. Briglia went hands-on with their microcurrent devices, and Barry modeled for a facial. Instant results, long-term benefits, and stellar education support.

Pro Plasma Esthetic

Combining JET PLASMA D66 and EXOFECTA, this booth offered a truly innovative pairing. Practitioners were drawn to the enhanced absorption and skin renewal protocols. The team transformed their space into a mini-learning lab.

Rezenerate

The Rezenerate Nano Bar was one of the show’s most fun activations. Attendees chose serums and enjoyed customized hand treatments using Rezenerate’s nanotechnology—gentle, effective, and brilliant in concept.

Sorella Apothecary

Stylish, smart, and seriously results-driven, Sorella proved why they’re adored. Their “Beauty with Brains” (a term Barry gave them during a past webinar) approach came alive through chic demos and smart packaging. Jenni is heading to their 2025 Summit in theTahoe National Forrest—stay tuned!

Spa & Equipment

Function meets flair! From treatment tables to in-treatment supplies, you get everything for your business from Spa & Equipment. Take note of the SKINACT skincare – you’ll love this!  This booth was a one-stop shop for setting up a dream treatment space.

TalaDerma

Karla Barrick introduced her new Taladerma, the NAD+-infused skincare line, highlighting her unique blend of nursing + esthetics expertise. Her focus on cellular repair positioned the line as one of the most clinically relevant launches at the show.

TiZO

TiZO continues to evolve beyond mineral SPF. This year, their expanded Men’s Skincare Collection (featured in June’s L+A Report) drew a crowd. Their science-first commitment to skin health keeps them at the top of every pro’s shelf.
