Erin Evink, LE and Owner of Le Petit Spa
We live in a “popcorn society,” a world conditioned to expect instant gratification. Social media has trained clients to look for dramatic overnight transformations and quick fixes. But real skin transformation doesn’t happen in a single session or on the surface. It happens in the tissue, and it requires strategy, intention, and advanced skin science.
My philosophy is built on something more powerful than immediacy: long-term, intelligently sequenced treatment plans that create true, lasting change.

Esthetician + Spa Owner Reviews L+A
Kelly Conlan, LE
Lipgloss and Aftershave helps me stay informed and confident as an esthetician. I never worry about being out of the loop or misinformed in front of savvy clients because they consistently breakdown what’s new, what’s real, and what’s worth paying attention to. I trust them because they test what they share and give honest feedback. On top of that, they are down to earth, genuinely welcoming, and incredibly appreciative of their community, and you feel that the moment you meet them virtually or in-person.
Why Erin Evink Creates Long-Term Treatment Plans
Skin concerns such as aging, acne, pigmentation, and texture are multi-layered. No single modality can address them fully. That’s why I stack treatments with purpose.
Strategic stacking allows me to:
- Accelerate visible results safely
- Address multiple concerns in one session
- Create synergy between technologies
- Shorten treatment timelines
- Compete with “instant results” culture while staying within scope
Each modality plays a specific role. Each step prepares the tissue for the next and together, they create a corrective pathway that delivers meaningful, measurable improvement.
This approach also supports clients who may eventually choose injectables. Estheticians cannot offer injections, but we can bring the skin and facial structure into an optimal state, often reducing the amount of injectables needed for correction. Injectors can restore volume and soften lines, but they cannot improve tone, texture, luminosity, barrier health or collagen quality. That’s where long-term esthetic work becomes essential.
Why Education is Key in Creating and Implementing Long-Term Treatment Plans
Owning advanced equipment isn’t enough. Stacking treatments responsibly requires deep, ongoing education.
In a rapidly evolving industry, it’s essential to:
- Stay current with emerging technologies
- Understand contraindications and proper sequencing
- Follow ingredient science and formulation advancements
- Track trends without blindly adopting them
- Master the equipment, not just operate it
Devices are only as powerful as the professional behind them. Understanding tissue response, wound-healing timelines, inflammation pathways, and barrier function is what allows me to combine modalities safely and effectively.
This level of education also positions estheticians as trusted guides in the broader aesthetic landscape. Across the medical‑aesthetics industry, there is a growing recognition that estheticians and injectors are not in competition. Estheticians help clients understand what each treatment can and cannot do, support them in navigating an increasingly complex industry, and build the foundational skin health that makes injectable treatments, if a client chooses them, more effective and more natural‑looking.
Many leaders in the field describe estheticians as the hub of the skincare ecosystem, supporting clients long before they ever consider sitting in an injector’s chair.

How Erin Evink Creates + Implements Long-Term Treatment Plans
My approach is rooted in intentional sequencing; using each modality in a way that works with the skin’s biology. I design corrective protocols that target multiple layers of the skin, selecting each technology for a precise purpose within the overall strategy.
Here’s an example of how I might layer modalities to create synergy and accelerate results:
Carboxy Therapy
I often begin with carboxy therapy to increase oxygenation and stimulate circulation. This boosts cellular energy, enhances blood flow, and prepares the tissue for deeper corrective work.
Cold Plasma
Cold plasma is one of my favorite technologies because of its versatility and potency.
- Dr. Platon delivers strong corrective results for acne, acne scarring, and post-surgical scarring.
- Jet Plasma excels in treating laxity, collagen loss, and hyperpigmentation by stimulating regeneration and improving overall skin quality.
Both systems offer transformative outcomes when used strategically.
Chemical Peels
After cold plasma, I incorporate a chemical peel to refine texture, improve pigmentation, and enhance ingredient penetration. One of my go-to options is the Pfect-A Illumin Biphasic Peel, which blends AHA, BHA, and PHA exfoliants to address acne, scarring, and hyperpigmentation with little to no downtime.
Radio Frequency
Radio frequency targets deeper structural concerns by gently heating the dermis to stimulate collagen remodeling. It’s ideal for clients experiencing laxity or early signs of aging, supporting long-term strengthening of the skin’s framework.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a cornerstone in many of my corrective plans. By creating controlled micro-injuries, it triggers collagen and elastin production, improves texture, and reinforces the skin’s structural integrity.
Peptides
Peptides are a key part of my long‑term corrective strategy, and Viktoria DeAnn’s targeted formulas support the skin during and between advanced treatments. Their cell‑signaling peptides encourage repair, collagen production, and healthier function. I use them to reinforce the results of corrective modalities, extend progress between sessions, and keep the skin in an optimized, resilient state.
LED Light Therapy
I often finish with LED light therapy to calm inflammation and support the wound-healing process. I use Lightwave LED for its customizable modes, allowing me to tailor treatment to the client’s needs; whether that’s reducing inflammation, accelerating repair, or stimulating collagen.
Individually, each modality is effective. But when combined within a long-term plan, they create a layered, biologically aligned approach that supports true skin transformation.
Why This Approach Has Elevated Le Petit Spa’s Business
Client Trust
When clients see consistent, progressive improvement, trust naturally grows. They understand the strategy behind their plan, they see the logic in the sequencing, and they feel the difference in their skin. Education is a key part of that trust, and when clients understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, they feel empowered and invested.
Refferals
Results speak louder than marketing. Lifted skin, smoother texture, clearer complexion, and refined pores create visible, confidence-boosting transformations. When clients understand the science behind their results, they naturally become advocates for the process.

Premium Positioning
Advanced, customized treatment plans justify premium pricing. Clients aren’t paying for a basic facial; they’re investing in a corrective strategy backed by education, technology, and clinical expertise. When you combine multiple modalities in one intentional session, you deliver high-level results that clients recognize as valuable.
The Bottom Line
In a world chasing quick fixes, I’ve built my practice on knowledge, innovation, and intentional sequencing. Estheticians may not offer injections, but our work strengthens the skin, supports facial structure, and often reduces the need for corrective injectables. More importantly, we guide clients through an overwhelming aesthetic landscape, helping them make informed decisions and build a foundation for long‑term skin health.
That’s how you stay relevant, deliver real results, and elevate your business in today’s aesthetic industry.
