Why the Change?
We’ve loved celebrating innovation, performance, and excellence through the L+A Favs. But as our industry becomes increasingly grounded in advanced clinical technologies, protocols, and outcomes-focused treatments, we knew it was time to adapt our signature awards program to better reflect—and honor—this powerful evolution.
Our goal is simple: to ensure that our awards speak directly to the heart of the ever-growing medical + spa esthetics industry. By aligning with the clinical shift we’re seeing across treatment rooms worldwide, the new L+A Clinical Collective Awards will shine a spotlight on the brands, devices, treatments, and professionals setting the standard in clinical excellence.
What’s New for 2025?
This next chapter of the awards comes with an exciting new structure. In 2025, the L+A Editors will nominate top brands, treatments, and technologies for each L+A Clinical Collective Award category, selecting standouts who exemplify leadership and innovation in clinical aesthetics.
From there, we’ll announce a:

- 1st Runner Up
- 2nd Runner Up
This format means more opportunities for brands to showcase their commitment to excellence. Whether taking home the top honor or securing a runner-up spot, being recognized in the Clinical Collective Awards signals a brand’s dedication to advancing clinical esthetics—and we can’t wait to spotlight these achievements.
