BeWell New York. L+A To Cover Medical + Spa Skincare: Innovation, Education + Trends

The medical + spa skincare industry is evolving — and so is the way we cover it.

After eight incredible years serving as the official Social Media Correspondents for IECSC, Lipgloss + Aftershave (L+A) is entering a new chapter alongside the newly unified BeWell | Beauty and Wellness Show. This shift reflects not a step back, but a strategic step forward: one that allows L+A to go deeper, more independently, and more clinically into the medical aesthetic and professional skincare innovations shaping the future of our industry.

“We’ve loved covering IECSC for the past eight years — it’s been an amazing experience and an important part of our story,” says Jenni Nagle, Co-Founder of L+A. “But we’re thrilled to launch our own independent editorial initiative at BeWell events nationwide. This allows us to focus exactly where our community is most hungry for insight — advanced medical aesthetics and professional skincare — and to cover it with the depth, nuance, and clinical perspective it deserves.”

Beginning in 2026, L+A will attend BeWell events not as a general event correspondent, but as a focused medical + spa skincare editorial authority — producing independent reporting, in-depth brand features, education-driven content, and clinical insight from our Medical Editorial Contributor team throughout the year.

We’re also thrilled to share that Dr. Krystal Briglia, L+A Medical + Wellness Contributor, will not only be reviewing the show from a clinical perspective — she will also be leading a class on Medical Aesthetics at BeWell New York, bringing the science directly to the show floor.

Why BeWell — and Why Now

In 2026, two iconic industry events officially became one.

The International Beauty Show (IBS) and the International Esthetic, Cosmetic & Spa Conference (IECSC) have united under a single, powerful umbrella: BeWell | Beauty and Wellness Show — a next-generation event designed for the modern professional who understands that beauty, skin, body, and wellness are no longer separate conversations.

Taking place March 8–10, 2026, at the Javits Convention Center in New York City, BeWell brings together:

  • 600+ trusted brands and exhibitors
  • 180+ paid and complimentary education sessions
  • 35,000+ professionals across hair, skin, body, and wellness

All in one immersive environment designed to support the holistic, results-driven experiences today’s clients are actively seeking.

Same legendary quality. Same industry-defining education. Now with expanded cross-category innovation — and new opportunities for professionals to integrate medical aesthetics, advanced skincare, wellness, and performance into a single elevated practice.

Meet 16 Brands Making Headlines in Medical + Spa Skincare at BeWell New York

Every year, there are a handful of brands that don’t just show up to a trade show — they shift the conversation. They launch what everyone will be talking about next quarter. They introduce protocols that quietly (and sometimes not-so-quietly) change how treatment rooms operate. They set new standards for results, education, sustainability, and clinical thinking.

At BeWell New York, these are the brands writing the next chapter of medical + spa skincare. If you care about staying relevant, competitive, and genuinely effective in practice, these are the booths worth lingering at — asking questions, touching products, watching demos, and having real conversations.

Here’s what’s making headlines — and where to find it on the floor:

Sunday, March 8 | 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Room 1E03

The future of aesthetic medicine is not just cosmetic — it’s integrative.

As patient expectations evolve, leading med spas are moving beyond isolated treatments and toward comprehensive care models that combine medical aesthetics, regenerative therapies, mental health, and lifestyle medicine into unified treatment plans that support long-term outcomes.

In this session:

  • The L+A team will demonstrate how integrated care models create cumulative, exponential benefits for patient results and practice growth
  • Dr. Krystal Briglia will share real-world insights and case examples from her integrative medical practice
  • Barry Eichner and Jenni Nagle will offer their perspectives as both practice leaders and patients, bridging clinical care with lived experience

Attendees will leave with a practical framework for incorporating wellness and mental health into aesthetic practices — positioning their business at the forefront of a more intelligent, patient-centered future.

Two sessions. Two different lenses. One shared goal: helping modern practices grow smarter, care deeper, and lead what’s next.

We’ll see you in the classroom — and on the show floor.
