Here’s what she had to say, “My entire staff attended the Product Knowledge training class given by Barbara Devlin, US distributor of Anna Lotan PRO. The entire training experience was engaging and interactive. It was well-organized, with clear objectives based on our needs. The information was presented in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.
Barbara’s vast experience and knowledge was so helpful to my staff. She was enthusiastic and approachable, helping my staff feel comfortable and motivated to learn. The content included: the history of the brand, the formulations, ingredients, and benefits. Hands-on training on 5 protocols enhanced the learning process and enabled my staff to apply their new skills and knowledge in a practical setting. My staff was able to work on each other and by the end of the training, they felt confident and equipped with the tools they needed to succeed in their esthetic practice.
