Sun Protection Can Be Easy
They say it takes 7 days to break a bad habit and anywhere from 18 – 66 days on average create a new habit. One of the best habits that I’ve ever gotten into was wearing hats! With a bald chrome dome – I got into the habit of wearing a hat daily to protect the top of my head, forehead and nose from direct sun exposure. If I’m wearing a ball cap, I load up SPF on my years to ensure they’re protected.
Another habit that I got into every day is applying an SPF in the am. It’s just makes good sense. We know that daily spf is vital.
