SPF Would Be Our Choice If We Had To Pick 1 Product!
If we were stranded on in a skin care desert and could only have a single product to use, we would 100% pick SPF. It’s also our suggestion to anyone who is in their teens and 20’s. SPF is your jam! It’s what you need! Also, don’t get it twisted – we get that some people will have skin issues, we’re not idiots. Obvi if there’s acne, eczema, or any host of other issues, this wouldn’t apply, but in many cases, sunscreen would be the product we’d choose if we could only choose one. Let’s start with kids today. Face it, anyone in their 20’s has it made – well at least their skin does. The body does everything it for the skin. Collagen is being produced, Hyaluronic acid is being produced and stem cells are abundant! In most cases, systems are functioning to optimal levels. If a person in this situation just used SPF daily will help to protect against any environmental damage that we work to correct in the 30’s and beyond.
