I’m thrilled to write a quick Review of Lifetime Fitness and a full review of LifeSpa in Suburban Square. Both Jenni and I travel exetensively throughout the country where we meet estheticans and brands at trade shows and events. Every trip we take is an opportunity to work with a brand and experience their skin care products, devices, peels and equipment. So, it’s rare that we “need” to get a facial when we’re home in Philadelphia.
Over the past few years, our Philadelphia community has grown and we get regular requests from them asking for skin care advice. We’re thrilled that so many of our community want to take care of their skin, but didn’t know where to start offeing recommendations. Over the past few years, we’ve tried to offer suggestions for products we’ve worked with and devices that we love. Honestly, we just want everyone to see a skincare professional, get their skin analyzed, get a great treatment and get on some bangin’ home care!
One problem. We haven’t been to many places in Philly or New Jersey that we can recommend. Until we were connected with LifeSpa inside Lifetime Athletic in Suburban Square. This connection has a been a game changer for us and our community! I’ve visited the club and the spa on several occasions. I am so thrilled to write a quick review of Lifetime Fitness in Suburban Square and then go in depth with a review on LifeSpa.
It’s Fitness Nirvana – Review Of LifeTime Fitness
I’m not even gonna play it cool. If you’re into fitness, LifeTime Athletic is where it’s at! No other gym comes close. I actually feel bad even calling it a gym. It’s fitness nirvana!
I actually think that I heard angels singing when I walked in the door. This club is spread multiple levels. It’s got it all from pristine, resort quality locker rooms to day care and the full service LifeSpa on the lower level.
Hungry? No problem! LifeCafe on the main level. 1st floor is what you dream about if you’re a fitness junkie. Boxing, H.I.I.T, functional fitness, free weights, machines, and a multi-faceted cardio area.
Then there’s the 2nd floor with Television Studio looking classes for Pilates, BARRE, and Boot Camp style classes. Then there’s the yoga suite! I can’t! I don’t know of a yoga studio in Philadelphia that offers the sanctuary vibe that the yoga suite offers at LifeTime Athletic!
LifeSpa is Spa Heaven
I’m not being dramatic! We couldn’t be more honored or proud to send our Philadelphia L+A Community to LifeSpa in Suburban Square. The shopping center is adorable with ample FREE, garage parking only steps from the entrance. You can spend the day, shopping at Apple, Lululemon, West Elm, Urban Outfitters and The Gap (stop in and say hi to TJ)! Then grab a coffee at Starbucks and shop Trader Joe’s or the Farmer’s market for dinner!
The spa is accessed from the men’s and women’s locker rooms into a common relaxation room that is decorated in the most elegant and sophisticated style. Complete with refreshments, low level lighting and soft music. The spa has 8 treatment rooms, a hair salon and a nail salon. It offers skin care, massage and body treatments.

Circadia Facial at LifeSpa
One of the main reasons we love LifeSpa so much -is because they carry Circadia! They use Circadia in treatment and offer the full line at retail. I was so thrilled to receive a Circadia facial featuring their Cocoa Enzyme and Australian Super-Berry Mask. Victoria, my esthetician, has been with LifeSpa for years! She and I bonded over our love of Circadia! I was 100% confident that she’d give me a great facial because she told me she was personally trained by Katii Snyder! Hello, I’m obsessed with Katii, she’s one of the best trainers and she just gave me my facial when I visited Circadia!
Incredible facial! Great massage. Victoria knew her stuff, I would trust her 100% with my skin – so you can 100% trust what she has to say about your skin! She’ll guide you through what Circadia facial you’ll need. She’ll also make sure that you get a great list of products for your home care!
