IMCAS 2026 Product Innovations – 7 Brands Redefining Regenerative Aesthetics at IMCAS Paris 2026

IMCAS Paris 2026 product innovations are redefining regenerative aesthetics.

If 2025 was dominated by exosomes, 2026 marked a decisive shift toward signaling precision. The conversation moved beyond buzzwords and into biologic strategy—focused on peptide specificity, adipose regeneration, structured cocktailing, and longevity-driven protocols.

Mesotherapy has moved to center stage, showcasing a sophisticated delivery system for layered biological communication. Brands like M.A.D Skincare emphasized intelligent recovery to match increasingly aggressive procedures, launching Vitamin K–powered post-treatment solutions designed to support healing after microneedling, lasers, and surgery. Koru Pharma highlighted advanced peptide cocktailing with its Mesoheal collection—formulas targeting inflammation, pigmentation, and aging—while Arkana introduced adipogenesis-focused treatments addressing GLP-1–associated facial fat loss, reframing adipose tissue as regenerative biology rather than filler territory.

Meanwhile, innovation accelerated at the cellular level. Promo Italia introduced biohacking-driven technologies like V-HACKER and EXO-NAD, integrating exosomal science, NAD+, and biomimetic peptides into rejuvenation protocols, alongside its next-generation 1 Need Pro microneedling device engineered for precision delivery. BioSkin Aesthetics’s mesotherapy, SERA, designed for deep, long-term tissue support with minimal downtime. Clinical nuance also sharpened around injectable hybrids: Dr. Briglia clarified that TEOXANE babyGLOW™ functions primarily as a mesotherapy hydration treatment rather than a structural biostimulator, while IBSA Profhilo continues to sit between mesotherapy and biostimulation—optimizing tissue quality without true collagen remodeling. The overarching message was clear: the industry has matured. The future of regenerative aesthetics is no longer hype-driven—it’s protocol-driven, biologically intentional, and strategically layered.

IMCAS Paris 2026 Production Innovations From 7 Brands

1 M.A.D Skincare

M.A.D Skincare continued presenting its mesotherapy SYNPLA Synthetic Growth Factor Serums while globally launching its Vitamin K products.

Michael Contorno explained:

“More and more clients are turning to high-performance, more aggressive procedures,” Contorno explains.

“We felt M.A.D Skincare could offer a superior recovery product.”

“Vitamin K is excellent in the recovery process for clients who receive all aggressive treatments—from mild chemical exfoliation to microneedling to lasers and even surgery,” says Michael Contorno, President M.A.D Skincare

The All-New Retin K Eye Cream + Vitamin K Recovery Cream are designed for post-treatment home care.

This signals a critical evolution:
Aggressive treatments require intelligent recovery.

2 Koru Pharma Cosmetics

We spoke with Anna from Koru Pharma Cosmetics, who told us all about this collection of mesotherapy serums. She also told us that Dr. Vincent Wong has created a cocktail where he uses all 3 together.

Mesoheal Collection used with microneedling:

  • Orchid Glow with Teca Complex and acetyl hexapeptide 8, anti-inflammatory and anti-wrinkle
  • Pink Glow with Glutathione for brightening
  • Amber Glow with Succinic acid – anti-aging

This reflects a growing sophistication in peptide cocktailing and layered biological signaling.

3 Arkana Advanced Beauty Care

Arkana’s Volumetric Correction treatment directly addressed GLP-1–associated facial fat loss.

Anna, R+D with Arkana:

“This works on the adipose tissue in the dermis to add volume, works with microneedling to introduce hexapeptide-2 plus B7 (Biotin)…”

“We can simulate adipogenesis in, in dermis…because these adipocytes exist in dermis between the reticular layer and near to Folicles…”

“And when we simulate these adipocytes, simulate adipogenesis. Adipogenesis, that’s more growth. Yes, we stimulate Preadipocytes, for change form to mature adipocytes… they take more, more volume.”

4 Promo Italia

Promo Italia introduced:

V-HACKER

5 BioSkin Aesthetics + CMed

From BioSkinAesthetics.com:

“Discover SERA – Advanced Regenerative Esthetic Solution, a unique and innovative Mesotherapy line for beautifying, promoting attractiveness, and improving the appearance of the skin. SERA Mesotherapy Line is a complete range of age-defying treatments developed for deep and long-term benefits on the whole body, promoting attractiveness, beautifying, and hydration of the skin. Safe, effective, and virtually with no downtime.”

6 TEOXANE

Dr. Briglia stated:

“TEOXANE babyGLOW™ functions as a mesotherapy treatment rather than a true biostimulator. It enhances hydration, radiance, and skin texture through non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid delivery, supporting overall skin quality without driving significant collagen remodeling. Clinically, it is best positioned as a maintenance or skin optimization treatment, or as an adjunct to regenerative therapies, not a stand alone solution for structural skin aging.” Dr. Krystal Briglia

Dr. Briglia’s Q+A with TEOXANE

Dr. Briglia:
“We’re here to learn about babyGLOW™ by Teoxane. So this is currently not available in the United States, right?”

TEOXANE Representative:
“It’s not available, correct. TEOXANE’S Redensity 1 is what’s used for Teoxane babyGLOW™”

Dr. Briglia:
“How does this compare to the Redensity that’s available in the United States?”

TEOXANE Representative:
“RHA Redensity, is actually RHA 1 in Europe and the rest of the world. Redensty 1 is a non-crosslink product. RHA 1 is a mix of crosslink and non-crosslink. Okay. So also the, in terms of technology, is quite different because, Redensity 1 is pure HA 100% pure HA, whereas RHA Redensity in the US, it’s a mix of crosslink and non-crosslink.”

Dr. Briglia:
“So the Redensity 1 that’s used for the babyGLOW™ is not cross-linked hyaluronic acid?”

TEOXANE Representative:
“Yes.”

Dr. Briglia:
“And then the Redensity that’s in the United States and that’s available, it does have some cross-linking components to it? It’s just a lighter viscosity?”

TEOXANE Representative:
“Yes.”

7 IBSA – Profhilo

Dr. Briglia:

“Profhilo sits between mesotherapy and biostimulation, but biologically it behaves much closer to mesotherapy. It improves hydration and skin quality and provides some secondary fibroblast signaling, but it doesn’t create the controlled stimulus needed for true collagen remodeling. Use it to optimize tissue, not to rebuild structure.”

From Profhilo.co.uk:

“PROFHILO® STRUCTURA is indicated for facial treatment and for restoring adipose tissue. Stabilized Hybrid Cooperative Complexes (HCC) of high and low molecular weight Ultrapure Hyaluronic Acid in high concentration, produced with a unique and innovative thermal production process patented by IBSA, the NAHYCO® Technology.”

From IBSA Press Release:

“PROFHILO® STRUCTURA. This groundbreaking product is specifically indicated for the restoration of facial adipose tissue and the treatment of age-related reduction of skin hydration, alteration of the elastic fibres and collagen with loss of turgor and skin tone.”
