Trust me! No one loves being in the sun more than me! I dream of summer all year long. I don’t care what it is….walking the dog in the park, walking in the city or laying by any pool, I just want to be outside enjoying the sun and warm weather. My favorite day is June 21st! It’s the day with the most sunlight! Ahhhhh!!!!!
You should know that when I go to the pool I’m obsessive with sunscreen! I use a physical sunscreen on my face and re-apply it every 45-60 minutes. I also nag my friends to re-apply it too! I make sure they focus on their nose and ears.

I’m so uplifting to be with at the pool. It’s no wonder I go alone a lot!
We pretty much all do it! If we’re headed to the pool or the beach – we stop at CVS or Walgreens or Rite Aid or Duane Reade or Target or Walmart — well you get the point, we plan to wear sunscreen when we’re going to be really obvious about sun exposure.
BUT…..
What about Tuesday July 10th?
OR……
Friday August 3rd?
What about those random days of the week, when the sun is out for long hours and your skin is exposed? Are you as conscious about protecting yourself then? Do you think, I’m going to be exposed to the sun on my way to work, at lunch, on my way home from work, and then after work when doing whatever type of activities you do after work?
